Mortgagee sale on Kiama apartments

Apartments within The Sebel Harbourside complex at Kiama will be auctioned in October as part of a mortgagee sale.
Michele Lay, of Ray White Kiama, said mortgagee Kingsway had spent more than $1 million upgrading the development’s conference and function facility and the sale was to enable the mortgagee to recoup the investment.
