Affordability scheme offers a flat chance

An affordable housing development in Canberra’s north-west will offer rents at 75 per cent of market value from March next year.
Community Housing chief executive officer Craig Brennan said the $5million Forde development which was part of the ACT Government’s affordable housing action plan would comprise 20 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
