Melbourne Auction Results Saturday 30 May 2009

Melbourne’s residential real estate market is going from strength to strength at the moment with the clearance rate reaching a very healthy 82 per cent today and 911 reports of private sales being received.
There were 647 auctions reported today of which 531 were sold and 116 passed in, 57 of those on a vendors bid.
