Receivers sell Percival holdings

The properties, which include the Bundall headquarters for her property company the IC Group, are being sold by four of Ms Percival’s companies which were placed in receivership earlier this year. Ms Percival has been a regular presenter at property seminars across the country and retains an equity interest in IC Group Realty at Bundall.
