Mrs Mort said the investors in the $6 million project were mainly from Sydney, Melbourne or overseas. Mr Mort, a former Melbourne developer, and Mrs Mort, previously a town planner for Multiplex in Sydney, will also soon begin marketing their other projects, the residential subdivision Rise@Mission and retail/resort project Mission Village.
